Here's why...

So, yes. I haven't blogged in over a week, nearly 2.

So what?!

You got me.

But here's why...

There have been birthday's to celebrate

Amelia's 1.

Delaney and Colson announced their 5th bday and celebrated in "super style"....

We needed some "family time". Here's two gorgeous families I photographed for the first time!!

We had to "dance". Mooresville and Monrovia kids celebrated their junior/senior proms.

There's been some important "meetings". Tea's to be exact.

And it's May in Indy...soooo it's race time baby!
This is Justin. His mom is my son's 1st grade teacher. But I am guessing she will soon be introduced as "Justin Peck's mom...you know the amazing driver!"

And one of my "life long" clients stopped by the 'studio'. He's 2...and he's a miracle!

So as you can see. We've been a bit busy. And I wouldn't have it any other way.

Class of 2012...

I've been so blessed to photograph some of the most beautiful, intelligent, and hilarious seniors this year.

Congrats to you all on your graduation and good luck as you begin the next chapter of your lives!

Here are a few images of the last few senior sessions I've taken over the last year...

One of the perks...

I love my job!

One of the best parts of being a photographer is ALWAYS meeting new people. And as it goes in a small town, you always find out how many people you have in common.

So it was with the Hauenstein's.

They have a beautiful young family and I am hoping to photograph them many times in the future.

We ended up with a lovely spring day, though breezy. We were able to shoot in a few different locales on the farm with overcast skies and we took advantage of the field not being plowed under. There were 'wild flowers' growing in the fields and it made this shoot quite unique.

Thanks Amanda for contacting me. Let's do it again soon...

There is nothing I love more than being behind a camera capturing life’s moments - wonderful, funny, messy, precious, indescribable, irreplaceable, memorable moments.
